The British naval ship, CARDIGAN BAY, was taking part in Somaliland coastguard graduation in Berbera. The British government funds the coast guards. The pictures.

I love these two pics. Bal can someone tell me why these buffoons are dressed like Admirals? What fleet do they command? Scratch that, do they even have a single ship? :snoop:

That's a fair enough statement. But why don't you and your father live in Ingriska take his money and free housing while swearing loyalty to their queen. If you want to judge and condemn Silanyo for stepping on a British ship then you must apply the same logic on yourself for being on British soil, otherwise your just another hypocrite..

This applied to all of you you who are throwing stones from your glass houses.

skywalker, while I perfectly agree with your sentiments that whilst someone lives in the ingriis they shouldnt insult or bash them, I don't get your point about Silanyo. Silanyo is not a refugee or an immigrant. He is the president of a self-declared state and whilst we should have friendly relations with other nations we should not behave like vassals at every given opportunity. Now while we are not as bad as southerners in their lackof ambition and their obsequiousness, SL seems to hae a Master/neglected slave approach to i's relations with the British. He is either in Addis taking orders from xabash or in London seeking audience with low-level UK politicians. There's something called Dignitas which the Romans were famous for - look it up.

What am I gonna do complain to Allah about me being born here? I have every right to criticize this display of slave-master relationship, fuck Silaanyo and the current Somaliland gov, I'm moving to Somaliland in 2017 and remaining there for the rest of my life, i hope a revolution happens and takes out these western lackeys we have as leaders.

KUDOS to Silanyo. He went there to meet the new graduates who will guard the coast from Puntland pirates and Wanlawein terrorists. The British government needs to do more. I am not impressed with their minor training of the coast guard. We demand that they arm and develop proper naval force for us otherwise they should find another port to visit when they get sea sick.

Very small gesture by UK. Not impressed but Silanyo is the noble leader. He needs to demand more from Britain otherwise please don't answer their call.

I can't see what all the fuss is about.
Surely you want your leaders to have interactions with foreign navies.
I thought the idea was to educate the IC on the achievements of s/l...however small. :?

I must agree with you guys, Somaliland is running after UK and the later repeatedly shouts you off. Have some dignity Silanyo, you act like a British citizen! The next president of SL should NOT be a British diaspora don't know what landers see in this tiny island it's not a super power anymore!

This issue you people have with the British has nothing to do with Silanyo its your own personal opinion. However, the Somaliland government needs to be on good terms with countries who contribute financially to Somaliland. Silanyo doesn't gain single penny from kissing British arse he is doing it for his country. You people who dont like Silanyo for personal reasons should differentiate between national interests and local politics. I bet you guys dont have any problem with the thousands who demonstrate outside the houses of parliament doing nothing but begging the British. We have put ourselves in a position where we have to suck the British and swallow if they want us

No bro I think you're mixed up. It is you who is suppoorting silanyo for reason's other than politics. I was Silanyo's biggest supporter back when he got elected and had really high hopes for his admin. I couldn't stand Riyaale and was hoping for a change in the country. Lakiin so far he's been a major disappointment and is only slightly better than his predecessor.
