Not good news at all, to have a private bank without some sort of government regulations and guarantees of deposits and without clear cut agreements on its function its basically a tribal naas-nuujis for that Xaar Shiil oligrach.

This is not good news at all. Private banking is the last thing we need. This just allows dahabshiil to have an even tighter grip over the economy, or non-economy.

Real progress = Hargeisa fully paved with roads and pavement or having a water/sewage networks.
