Seems like things are getting out of hand in Awdal. There is already anti-Somaliland rebels in Eastern Togdheer (Khaatumo militia) and now another anti-Somaliland rebels have formed in Awdal. Did the Somaliland alliance card of 1991 collapsed?

Wallahi so many hater on this site. Reer somalia live in a failed state. Their women are getting raped by AMISOM troops, al-shabaab is terrorising them, the country has been in civil war for the past 23 years... and things are not getting better. Instead of trying to fix their land, and solve their problems. They are putting all their energy trying to destabilize somaliland. Isla Yaaba, dantiina qabsada, dantayada iyo wadankayaga noodaya. there is a somali saying 'maroodigu taskarta kutaale ma arke, ta takale kutaale ayu arkaa'.
1 suldan, and 10 men with guys hiding in the Ethiopian highlands cannot do anything that would effect somaliland. Somaliland had bigger problems, we fought bigger armies and we always came back with victory.
This is not about Awdal vs Somaliland, its turned into Samroon vs Samroon. This Suldan is the same sub clan as the ex somaliland president Dahir Riyaale. All of them voted for UDUB in 2010, which got defeated by Kulmiye. Because non of them voted for Kulmiye no Jibril Yoonis people got any jobs in parliament. Instead the jobs went to the other Samroon subclans. People like VP Saylici and the Boorame mayor, along with other hildibaans.
The truth is this Suldan has very little support in Awdal. The majority of people want peace, and want to stay in somaliland.
