Its not to do with qabil, the Habar Jeclo settlements such as Burco get the least funding.
This government is being to nice to these rich millionnaires. These people are destroying our nation. The food prices has gone up, meat is unaffordable, energy prices are among the highest in the world, water prices are very high...
There is a big conspiracy in Somaliland. These wealthy men like Ina Aw Siciid, Dahabshiil, Harbi and all the other rich people are in control of everything. The government has no power. There is a conspiracy, and the worse thing is they come from every qabil. They are all in it together.

Banter Togdeer, disregard it. How is meat unaffordable...isn't there like an infinite supply of livestock :?

Bro meat is unaffordable for a lot of people in somaliland. The average whole sheep costs $100.
In the UK I can get a whole sheep for less than that. The problem is there are too many middlemen and women involved. Because from the farmer to the market, it gets exchanged at least 5 times. And every single one of those men is making a profit.
Farmer-middleman 1- middleman 2- slaughterer - shop owner - customer.

I'm sure most people would agree the average cost of living in Somaliland is really high.

Well, look at the bright side! Somaliland seems to be the first region in the Peninsula to gradually evolve from a qabiil based society to one based on class system, i.e, the Haves against Have Nots. That is not necessarily a bad thing for us, Skinnies.

It's no different in P/L & Mog/South.
Big businessmen rent politicians like you would a taxi. :)
