What are you complaining about exactly , what is the point of being hostile towards to the Dhulos and Gadabursi when the war was already won we are no longer part of Somalia, and every one pledges allegiance to Hargeysa. For us what is important is that Somaliland succeeds on all fronts. Ofcourse there will always a majority but every should be allowed to eat from the same cake. And thats important.

Somaliland is a parasite that lives on Isaaq blood.

If Somaliland = Isaaq then the burden and the profit goes to Isaaq but if Somaliland is a democratic country then the burden is on everyone and the profit is for everyone.

However the reality is different..

Isaaq pay 95% of the taxes and most of the tax revenues comes from major Isaaq cities such as Hargeisa, Burco, Berbera, Ceerigaabo and Gabiley, not to mention that it comes from the working class. The crucial port revenue that generates 250 million annually comes from Berbera. All that money is then distributed throughout Somaliland on different "projects". The people who benefit the most are non Isaaq.

Now If they can't contribute economically that's one thing but to let them oppose the so called state and do what they want is the definition of lunacy. I oppose this absurd policy that define Somaliland.

The far eastern regions and the far western regions of SL also pay tax , there is no way they dont pay tax though the isaaq cities are the heart of the republic nevertheless the others contribute to. I dont see how isaaq regressed because of Somaliland in their livelihood though we have our challenges. I do believe rules should apply to all and the government should not sugarcoat it. But because we are the majority we have to lead and we have to show how its done What we need is strong institutions that do the work, its not Somaliland that is the problem its the officials who dont impose the laws and dont make proper laws for the nation and because we have a useless parliament.

the least tax payers are the waroos. the government should rent the entire waroos territorial waters as a fishing zone . actually most dhuloos pay tax directly or indirectly. SL generate millions of tax revenues from dhulos livestock. 4 dhulos oil blocks were sold out and the government cashed several million dollars.lasnod is one of somalilands biggest customs and almost every item that gets in lasanod is taxed. because of the large army presence around the city ,illegal smuggling is very controled in lasanod than burao.

The are two things taxed in eastern Sool.

1. Somaliland soldiers, most of them from central and western Somaliland.
2. Cars traveling from Somaliland to Somalia and vice versa.

You don't have to make excuses for other people. The tax money payed by the poor mother in Salaxlay or Gumbur Libaax should finance a hospital in their districts. It's absurd that some of the tax paying regions don't even have basic healthcare while areas where people do not pay tax are going to get hospitals financed by tax money.

It's injustice and sooner or later poor Isaaq people will rebel and that will be the end of SL because it's Isaaq civilians that keep the peace, pay tax and defend the nation with their blood and only Isaaq can destroy Somaliland. When Puntlands VP was traveling to Xadhadhanka where was the SL army? Xadhadhanka is inside Togdheer a region that's 95% Isaaq. If he would've decided to go to Coodanle then it would be my people, once again Isaaq civilians and nomads, that would have to pick up arms and kick them out.
