I am not from Gabiley i have been to sanaag more than 4 times and it is true that the Ceerigaabo district since the 1960s til the 2005 elections the overwealming majority of members of parliament came from the HY CLAN. adiga iyo togdheer isku noqda one is saying ceerigaabo distric HJ ba kaga badan and you are admiting gahdweyn is the majority ceerigaabo where as togdheer refuses to admit that

You cannot use the voteing system in Somaliland, its not very acurate. Voting has nothing to do with population census. And this information is only for the Erigaabo distric. The Ceel Afwayne distric votes are not included.
