That arcade is doing a lot sxb. It has provided jobs and a flow of money to the area. Are you dumb, don't you know simple economics? The construction of the building, the staff working there, the people who go there with money will all sustain that small area with the money they bring. So the locals with their shops are getting diaspora kids come spend a lot money in their stalls.
