Khalid
It has nothing to do with the south
Since its you who decided/accepted to reach a solution with mogadishu as suggested in london conference, you have to contribute to the peaceful atmosphere and political stability
I don't like to pinpoint the things but you know there r regional powers who r against it and make changes in there at the same time they wanted to change the govt
Take example for khartoum, the man who started the negotiations was ali osman, the vice president and the leader who replaced al turabi in the ruling party
There was a lot of splits in the govt and changes
The southreners have asked and pressured ali osman to stay in his position to make sure that the agreement will be implemented
US govt has supported this and osman has benefited from this internationally till 2013 when he was removed-or resigned as he says-
Agreement was reached in 2005 when south sudan became autonomy and they gained independence in 2011
You, who you r negotiating with? People r coming people r going, ali khalif is in the villa with his friend omar abdirashid
Bc there's no political stability!
So the logic says if you want to reach solution through mogadishu you should contribute the conditions that...I'm not even saying partaking it but having opposite policies than these powers!
Otherwise concentrate on other fronts and issues
I'm just telling you that no single group owns the SFG, its a political game that appears and disappears
This is ali osman talking about these issues. he suffers from cancer and changes his blood every time that why he got too dark
