If Ciiro the guy who laughs from gows-danbeedka is elected it's difficult to foresee...the guy could be another mugabe for next 30yrs.
If Diiwaanka qosolka is elected. Meeshuba waxay noqonaysaa pattaya beach

Allah yarxamnaa.

Siilaanyo is not an option for the next 5 years, he is too old, isaga warkiisa iska ilow. Jamaal, Ciro, Samaale, Muse Bixi and younis biixi, they are not leaders, kuwaasina waxba soo kordhin maayaan. Gaboose, I have my own reservation about leadership qualities too, I doubt he can do anything good. Maxamed Xashi, he is too old like Siilaanyo and a useless politician to begin with.

This is the first time in my life that I don't support anybody and I have a contempt for every politician in Somaliland :meles:

back to the topic in hand, I don't think its the politician that are at fault but this beel vs.beel alliance democracy system this is a serious issues we need to address.these politicians use this flawed system against their shacabka. no matter who is in govt. corruption, qabyaalad, nepotism will be there. we need to change the system top down, guurti election first they are a major issue they thrive on political chaos. in the immediate term both jamaal/ciiro would work really hard at the beginning is just at the end/ gadaal that every politicians intentions become clear as with the case of siilaanyo and his kulmiye cronies. the major issue with is they are very corrupt, stealing & looting natural resources/national assets. also these diaspora are another problem, they dictate this beel politics.

Truly doubt it!

Elections being on time are in every1's interest apart from those who have most to lose.
Problem is the ones with most to lose are the ones with the biggest say on whether it happens on time or not (Ministers, MPs). Funniest thing is its clear that Kulmiye as a party has the most to lose if the elections are not on time, history has shown that the longer a government is in power the less popular it is.

Also the government has said every step of the way that the elections will happen on time, if it turns out that it doesnt and that they where lying all along then they will lose allot of support and respect.

In fact you will never here me support them ever again if elections dont happen by August.

I agree with LJ and Samatr, in terms of political leaders we are at an all timw LOW

No they won't. Shirka wasiirada ee todobaadleha ah ayaa khamiistii ina dhaaftay lagu falaqeeyay arinka doorashada. Golihii wasiiradu waxay isku raaceen in wakhtiga hadhsan awgeed aan la qaban karin doorasho, Siilaanyona uu ku raacay. Dabadeed waxa uu saaray gudi wasiiro ah, oo ka soo talo bixiya wixii la yeeli lahaa maadaama aanay doorasho wakhtigeeda ku qabsoomi karin.
Waxa la filayaa in komishanku iyana dhawaan soo saaraan qaabka ay doorasho u qabanayaan iyo wakhtiga ay qabanayaan. Miyaa lays raacin doonaa labada doorasho, ta baarlamaanka iyo ta madaxweynaha, mise waa la kala reebi doonaa?

Aniga fikirkayga ilama aha inay doorasho madaxweyne dhacayso wax ka horeeya june 2016, hadii aanay kaba sii dib dhicin.

I think Silanyo is going to get an extention for at least 1 year. Kulmiye would use the ID card policy. Or come up with a better excuse.
After that there might be another election, or Silanyo might get another year extention.

Silanyo has started well but he has lost form recently. He is been weak and too nice to reer Buhoodle and other people who oppose Somaliland. I don't blame the guy he is 80, hes not trying to get any dembi.
Also beesha Habar Jeclo are getting frustrated with Silanyo, because they have recieved little to non. Even Burco the second capital of Somaliland has received limited financial support.
Burco is sitting on a large undrerground water reserve. But the water is still dirty. The high iron levels found in the water is turning peoples teeth red, and leading to other problems...
But Hargeisa is receiving all the water support in the world.

Even beesha Adan Madoobe is getting upset with him. He has not given us $1. The schools are privately funded by qurbo joog. So is everything else.
If Silanyo wants to be elected in the next 5 years then he needs to look after the people. next 5 years bari should get more funding especially Burco.

LJ;
Beesha Adan Madoobe don't do calaacal. We just get on with the job.
But we had a meeting not long ago, that we wanted to build a secondary school in 1 of our tuulos.
We said we would pay the entire cost. But the government should at least run the cost.
Guess what we have not heard a word back.

Also the other thing that upset me is the fact that non of the aid agencies are ever allowed to go past hargeisa.
Reer Hargeisa get all the aid money even though they don't need it.
I'm not saying lets boycott Hargeisa. Hargeisa deserves to get the most funding its our capital. But everyone else should gets its fair share of the pot.
