Wallahi this is some funny shit.
I was reading this whilst at work and everyone thinks im crazy i was laughing for 10 mind i cant get it of my mind :lol:

SL tourist attractions for foreigners has deffo got to be reading shop/business signs.

have u seen the latest plans to unveil road signs? The road signs are just laughable.

I'm not lying, when I was in SL last I saw at least 30 different ways of spelling the word "petrol".

Batrool, Pitril, batraal, beetral, beedrool etc. :lol:

Why does everything have to have an English name? Do they think it's ilbax replacing perfectly good somali words with bastardised english ones? Just call it shidaal for fcks sake. :wtf:

Its not just Somaliland. But its thw whole somali population.
In Djibouti everything is in french
Somali galbeed its amhara
Somaliland English
Somali Italian (Now Turkish)

I think its the whole idea of being reer megaal.
I don't even think there is an official somali language dictionary.
