Isaaq wants talks with Hawiye and maybe Digil and Mirifle.
SL does not care who they talk to as long as they do not hail from
Somaliland and are from the SFG (and not sub-states of Somalia)
It is that simple...

So long as the FSG continues to show unreasonble behaviour and continue to claim places that don't belong to them (ie Somaliland), then I highly doubt the involvement other countries will be a positive factor for the Zoomalia government.
PS: having foreign troops running the show made the FSG weaker than it was before

SL is the one that showed unreasonable behavior by trying to dictate to the FSG who they should have that should represent them. And besides every country recognized the territorial integrity and sovereignty of
the Somali Republi.
ps. they have made the FSG stronger because before foreign troops they were based in Nairobi.

Walaweyn fooqal Walaweyn.. I've said it before, deception is engrained in their genetic code.
The Somali republic was never legitimized as a state. The binding agreement (Act of Union) was signed in Hargeisa, June 27 - 1960, after being passed by the National Assembly of The Somaliland Republic. It should've been signed by Somalia in similar fashion but your people were never sincere about Somalis, Somali unity or even the Somaliweyn you regurgitate. Just like you're not sincere about anything today.
Your country Somalia, the former Italian colony, has no right to claim our country. The main reason being the absence of a legal unification process but even if there was a legal union, Somalia and Somaliland were both constituent states of the Somali republic. Who gave one side (Somalia) the right to represent the other or even represent the republic?

Djibouti and the fat obese Gelleh must be forced to merge with Somalia and Somaliland. Then we will fight the Ethiopians and Kenyans to merge the rest of the territories

I hate Somalia, the blue flag. Hearing its name just rubs me the wrong way. I rather Somaliland stay as it then talk or get involved with those black yahuud down there.

Somalia Foreign Minister Mediation will come eventually listen here
http://heemaalnews.com/index.php/warark ... d-dhagayso
And this is what SL all along wanted
We shall see there will be a pick 3 African countries will be picked and perhaps 3 Europeans
Djibouti is already in it in the last talks they agreed to include Djibouit , Somaliland will pick Ethiopia, Perhaps Somalia will pick Uganda
And in Europe couple of a country.
The Foreign minister of Somalia said we are already talking in Turkey i dont see a point why we cant have mediation.
But there wont be any talks soon maybe end 2016, but the next talks will be mediated , and thats in favor of Somaliland

The Somali republic was never legitimized as a state. The binding agreement (Act of
yes there were binding legitimized agreement between former Italian-somaliland and former British-somaliland.. actually Somali unions is the strongest union act that a nation can have. we have A union constitutional referendum held 1961 whole Somaliya north and south and somali people voted over 90% Yes. the union article was like this..... Somali republic and its 8 regions should remaine United for ever and no region should declare goosasho ..
Somali constitutional referendum, 1961
A constitutional referendum was held in Somalia on 20 June 1961 to vote on the new constitution for the country created the previous year by the union of
British Somaliland and
Italian Somaliland. It was approved by 90.56% of voters.[1]
Results[edit]
Choice Votes %
For 1,756,216
90.58%
Against 183,000 9.44
Invalid/blank votes 9,132 -
Total 1,948,348 100

The act of Union was never signed in Somalia which makes the Union null and void which than makes the 1961 referendum even illegitimate , now had the the act of Union being signed in 1960 and followed by the Referendum in 1961 than the referendum would be legal. But the act of Union was never signed. Its like Holding an Illegitimate Referendum because the 2 states have never being formally United.
In the 2016 talks the talks will be very interesting
And Somaliland will win very good
First of all Mediation will come for one reason because all the agreed points have never been honored by the Walanweyns, this is one point.
Second the Walanweyns admitted that Atrocity was committed against Somaliland people.
The fact the act of Union was never signed this is also a Major win and SL will show cast it.
Somaliland will show its distinct History from Somalia Legal Borders with in the context of the AU charters.
Its track record of being safe and democracy for the past 23 years. The fact that Somaliland succeeded and Somalia failed will convince the international mediators that the 2 peoples are not the same. All we have to do is bring forward how Violent Dr Yalaxow and His kin folk are and how they are a threat not just to Somaliland but the entire region.
The walanweyns only card they have against Somaliland is the clan card they will try to use the clan card against Somaliland that not all Somalilanders are pro Independence and we will say well how do you know.We will suggest lets hold UN referendum on Independence under the supervision of the United nations. The walanweyns will say we want clan referendums and than the mediators will say well u are not talking to a clan but to the Somaliland government when that does not work the walanweyns will insist to hold sool and sanaag referendums region for region and separate referendums for every region, but this has never happened in the world 5 different referendums Lol.
And Somaliland will say this is absurd there will be re newed talks than the mediators perhaps will suggest to hold 2 regions referendum for Togdheer and and Woqoyi galbeed as a middle ground ,since those 2 regions were the original regions of Somaliand after Independence and the other regions were created later. And because SL controls all regions in SL it will have a stronger say in all over the country. Because Walanweyns know a referendum for Somaliland as it currently stands all that is needed is 51% if 3 quarter of the Isaaq votes it will be a win. All the other clans are not even needed Isaaq is around 72% of Somaliland population i a predict 80% of the Samaroons , at the end around 89% all over Somaliland will vote for independence. And that means Bye bye Somalia. I wonder what Yalaxow Will do tallow ma dameerkisa bu laba u kala jeexi ma dameerkisa bu buska jidsiin doona lol.

Somali constitutional national referendum, 1961. THE union Dastuur was act of union of somali republic and the MIDOWGA DASTUURKA was retified by one man one vote, elections.. and thats actually strongest act of union a nation can have... Somali people voted.. there is no stronger acty of union than that voting 90% of union dastuur by ll 8 regions of Somali republic...
TANGANIKA AND ZANZIBAR which formed TANZANIA their unity there was no union constitutional national referendum general elections but somaliyas union have it democratic national elections of act of uniuon DASTUUR ----

It has to be signed by both parties in order to even pass as an act of Union the act of Union is the base for everything the referendum was adopted because of the ACT OF UNION let me explain it to you in very simplistic terms. U cant drive a Bus with out adding fuel into the Bus , u cant have a legal referendum on your constitution if the 2 regions weren't formally merged according to the Legal criteria.
It happens as this
Act of union signed by both parties Somaliland and Somalia.
the Parliament to debate the act of Union
Then the parliament to adopt the act of Union as the national act of Union of the newly Formed Somali republic.
For example when Putin invaded Crimea he tried to apply the legal framework first he annexed boots on the ground But than he signed the act of Union than he held a referendum for the region than merged Crimea with Russia . So he first signs the act of union. The Act of union is the basis for everything. Si kale baan kaga dhaadhiicnayaa hadaad naag guursanaysid oo aanad legal marriagka sexeexin u are not married according to Law. adigu waxad leedahay looma baanha sexeex marriage naagta waan iska kori kara oo waan ka dhali kara , dhalmada ay dhasho ba wax walba legal ka dhigaya lol
