This is the problem with Somaliland citizens and the tribal mindset. How can the government or Silanyo be responsible for the actions of one lonely soldier? Why would anybody with a brain entertain this flawed conspiracy theory?

1/If the soldier did infact kill this man to start a war between his tribe and the dead civilians tribe to benefit Silanyo/Kulmiye and put a wedge between Wadani and Arab co-operating in election which have no start date yet. Couple questions need to be asked. In a society like Somaliland which is political charged with tribalism it's very unlikely a HY man would go out of his way to help keep in office a man most HY hold in contempt by killing some innocent man from a friendly tribe, knowing the repercussions. Unless you want to say the Askari did it for money, which then beggs the question have the HY become so desperate that they are willing to do anything for money even it's detrimental to their tribes well being, like the Dhullos.

The next question is; when has political assassination taken place in Somaliland? Does this or any other admin have a past track record
