Disalination costs billions of $. It also uses up a lot of energy. Also building the pipeline would cost hundreds of millions of $. Also 1 disalitation plant is not enough to supply the whole of hargeisa. The best option for now is to create a reservoirs to capture the huge amounts of water lost to the sea.instead of using xabaashi water
How about we try filtering bada cas if it works for dubai then why not us..but we have to filter it better than Djibouti tho
