He chairs the most useless body in the gov't and has been occupying his seat for a decade without election. He is useless as chairman of the parliament and more than likely will make a lousy President if he ever gets there.

you guys are blaming the wrong guys. kullu fidna cinda gaal. the Europeans promised that they will pay 70% of somaliland elections cost. where is the money first ? they promised that they will cover the voter registration cost, so far they paid nothing and the job has not started yet. these are the biggest reasons we can't hold elections on time. the government only promised two things . the civil registration and 30% of election funds and they did both. we should not fight over a problem we did not cause.

now the parliament should create the new election laws as soon as possible then the president should sign. Next step we should rise the election cost then we are ready. no money no elections we have to understand that.
