1. complete peace between hj and dhuloos.
2. halting new settlements.
3. Separating hj clan and the government. I mean reer buuhoodle can not attack us if Somaliland troops kills the rebels (not the civilians) we should separate the political war between kastuumo and SLN army. and the traditional chronic beef between our two communities.

I expect nothing from you as usual. this is my solution take it or leave it. the reason I suggested the separation of habarjeclo clan and Somaliland authority is because we don't want to use Our political power against you. the traditional way is less serious than the modern polticalized way. Either you take on habarjeclo,Somaliland army or both.

We don't care if you take both because its our interest . kastuumo is a terrorist rebels sure we are against them but its the Somaliland army job to take care of them, not habarjeclo business. habarjeclo will ONLY deal with non political issues . our clan goal is LAND defending/grabbing. Somaliland goal Is to RULE the whole country politically.

There have been countless peace agreements between HJ and Dhulos for the past 2 decades, what makes you think this one is going to be any different? I'm very skeptical about this whole affair, my sources are telling me that the 2 sides are in a deadlock over the border between the 2 clans. Reer Buhoodle are saying they have the grazing rights for deeganka hagoogane since the area is exclusively theirs whilst reer qorilugud are claiming it's theirs too! .

The village of Hagoogane is theirs HJ strech to the outskirts. Ahmed Garaad want Solomadow to pull back to the pre 2010 border which is far more near Qorilugud they want them to pull out of places like Kalshaale, Maskax Buqle, outskirts of Maygaagle and Hagoogane. All these places became settlements for clan militias after eid day in 2010.

On the other side they want to see blood money for every single Dhulbahante man killed by the Somaliland army during the Buuhoodle fights. HJ urges that they are not repsonsible for that, while Dhulos see HJ tribal militia and the Somaliland army as one as the same
