2nd day in hargeisa i went downtown driving. My lil brother and cousin where with me playing with their phones. We went hiddo dhaqan place where sahra halgan runs. On the way back, i didnt see any signs, so i made a left turn into a one way road. My window was down. AlL over sudden i see soldiers loading their guns on my car window. Mind u i was driving very slow as i wasnt sure where i was gone. I would say another 2 metres i would have been died and if it wasnt my brother who heard the guns clicking and jumping out with ' waa walalkay qurbo joog ah'

Me and my HY cousin were stopped by traffic police, he was driving his friends car that never paid tax but was friends with the police. He said "why you stopped me, do you know who my dad is?" I was shocked lol I was like nigga pay them lol, he goes like "I am so and so son". They say "a deer wilkaayagi Bata haye naa af gaaro" looool

Thats why our country is so poor. those who can afford are the least tax payers. I whole heartedly hate those kind people. I would have adviced that kid to nicely pay his tax road. walaahi I remember back to 2009 my abti was a DG in UDUB government . i used to call my habaryar in hargeisa sometimes but when ever I call her she used to say " hooyo abtiyaa bahalkii dawlada haya isagaan kaasoo wacayaa ee midh lacaga haku shuban" Somali women talk too much hours every day she used to call all qaraabo around the world from that number. I told my abti don't give her your phone if its costing the government and he said "waa iska caadi " to me that was not caadi I felt like we are abusing our country's meager resources. I stopped accepting her calls and I started to call call them only when I have some credit in my phone. I believe I saved some money for the tax payers.

Yusuf our people are full of coruption , everywhere we go Waba dhaqaan. We abuse the system, if you know someone you get away with alot that the poor gotta pay for. Xaaq ma yaqanaan, rules & regulations, good governance, zero tolerance for corruption, all must be equal before the law, and held accountable. There is progress but I seen alot of things like that, and that slows the the pace of moving forward. I was taken to the vip section of the airport, I wasn't vip.

Where I am all the apartment, especially low income ones take laaluush, the dmv gives out licence to Habra iyo odaay n kids str8 from baadiye, cause they paid laalush, every other day you see somali in accident. It was even on the news.
