Lool, ninkan warkiisa madmadaw badan baa ku jira. What kind of economist uses the term '' According to government data'' without showing the source of the data he is referring to? I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out he is making up all of these statistics. And the web that published this is Qarannews , Waagacusub version in Somaliland
Qarannews iyo Burcoonline iyo websitedada noocaasa wararka ay qoraan, in badan, wax ka soo qaad ma leh.

Warka aan hayo anigu, most of SDF money was spent and planned to be spent on projects in eastern regions, Togdheer, Sool and Sanaag, and mainly it was spent on projects such as digging new wells for nomadic communities in those regions. And some, I think around 3 million dollars will go to Burco_Erigabo road. Laakiin anigu source sax ah ma hayo ee hadhawto hay odhanina waxaa hakaad ka keentay.

Because Dhuloz have contributed nothing to Somaliland. If you want funds, stop the fight and embrace Somaliland in full.

Siciid brother, Somaliland administration operates in Laascaanood, there is a governor & mayor etc in the city, elders and civil society co-operate with them to a certain extent, those people deserve the humanitarian/devolopment services given by other governments in the name of six regions which includes Sool. Your argument is understandable at face value, however humanitarian and development projects can be implemented, lets not throw out the baby with the bathwater

garad the article is full of bulshit. this is the official SDF projects allocation summary. they will spend nearly 8 million on Sool and sanaag health and education . you also know that the government is implementing an other 8 million water project in lasanod city alone and many more UAE funded projects coming soon.

in fact Sool schools are over 120 schools today according to Minister Sandule, only few existed before Somaliland. there is also 4 km road project thats going in lasanod right Now. the government played its role in the region I whole heartedly blame your avatar Ali bile who caused major setback during the last 3 years. the mother phuker is the main reason we spend 58 million budget in SECURITY last year according to silanyo . we could have spend that money to improve other public services.

Thats the amount he (the president) mentioned 4 months ago when was attending dararweyne military academy. 58 million on security is too much money. I know Most of the money were used for purchasing new technicals, machine guns, ammunition and hiring thousands of clan militias against cali bile kastuumo rebels. The government seriously want to negotiate cali bile but he refused although he knows armed conflict is not working for him. its frustrating when the weaker wants to fight all the time loool

Dhulos should learn from the Gadabuursi community. They are well respected and thrive in Somaliland. :sland:

Stop cayda umaada & madaxda dadka.

So I guess what you are saying we will hold hostage the international aid money until dhulos support SL, I don't know how you think but that's not a good way to gain support.

Ayan Gedobursi are still not getting their share so what does that tell us?

1. SL controls regions, in those regions it should divide things fairly or stop forcing ppl with your ideaology.

Destabilising your deegaan which in turn will stagnate the development of your community in all aspects of life , all because of squabble over International Aid? No thank you. When Dhulbahante took that path they didn't realise it would be one of the biggest strategic mistakes.

Yes ree Awdal don't get their fair share of the cake but that's just stating the obvious and doesn't mean I am gonna go to war with my kin folks just because they ain't decent enough to share what they hussled from the world. Mida kale there is a famous Rer Nuur maah maah which says " Nin leh ayaa u doobiyay"
P's. IT'S Gadabuursi btw.

Most claims of aid in all Somali regions is bullshit scams.
They say they're opening a school in such and such a village...building, teachers, materials etc....al pocketed by local officials and the minister.
