Stability and progress as slow as it's, has taken root in my neck of the wood. Not a single of the half a mill inhabitants of Awdal goes to bed worrying about their security, therefore it's inconceivable and unacceptable to jeopardise that over Bread Crumbs. No way hose. The ambition of Awdalites is a lot more grander than that.
I am more concerned with grand projects like the Lugahaya Port Development and Borama to Zeila road projects. :stylin: And I doubt neither Somaliland or any other faction can take care of that other than the inhabitants of the region.

War heedhe Horumarka Hargaisa, Burco, Berbera, Gebilay, Wajale, Ceerigabo, Boorame, Saylac, Odweyn, Caynabo, Lasqorey, Xis & Maydh, Laascaanood, Buuhodle, Taleex, Xudun, Garadag, Ceelafweyn, Oog, Kalabaydh, Widhwidh, is the same shit to me, their progress is my progress, Xaasidnimada iyo if you don't support me i will sanction you ma fiicna.

To the Awdal kids I never said go to war, and not only Dhulbahante are fighting last time I checked Sultan Wabar or Awdal state are fighting too..

Back to my topic, I have been to the East there is progress by the people and private sector, but i haven't seen new roads or any government innitiative or programs, If you get aid for all the 6 provinces, then divide them fairly, and you should all agree with me, insted of defending the governmet just because they happen to be isaaq, Injustice, corruption etc should never be supported. Remember thats why Somaliland wants to be independent.

I just saw the report and decide to share it, not to attack isaaq, if a guy lets say in Hargaisa is filling his pocket that doesn't help you, but if you expose them you helped your people. Dowlaad Waxaay uu jirta Horumarka Dadkeeda. Then people might say you know what you are doing something right and I will support you or lets negotiate.

In reality the more you integrate into the system the better you can have your fair share of every thing. I AM AGAINST YOU, GIVE ME SOMETHING is not logic. at the other hand Every country have core and periphery areas the core gets the most every where you go in the world. no doubt that hargeisa and berbera has always been the core even siad barre invested there and xamar instead of gedo. Somaliland survived and will definitely survive longer without getting a penny from burao, lasanod and erigavo. the real Somaliland Is Hargeisa and berbera. as a togdheer citizen I admit our region receives more budget than we contribute in tax (especially cashuuraha berriga). what do you expect from Sool ? it contributes nothing. by the way this whole sdf shit is 40 million which your region already received reasonable share. Habar fadhida legdini wax ugu fudud in sool gaaladu wax ku bixiso dadaalka loo galay ayaanad ba ogayn halka nacdasha cali bile uu geed dheer iyo mid gaabanba u fuulay inaan midh kaalmo horumarineed ah lasiin sool.

So you are telling me Sool is not taxed what so ever? looool waale waa yaab, this what you all believe SOOL is tax free area. and contributes nothing so the government gives back nothing, and the aid we can use it for the CORE regions and say hey you don't support us!! then wonder why can't you integrate. weird logic. but anyone who can see will understand why Dhulos are suspiciouse and don't support SL. Somalis will never Change.

hey dont think i am fool or something. The reason dhulos are against Somaliland has nothing to do with how we share our resources. You guys have always been political whores since the creation of Somaliland in 19 century. Even if dhulos get 90% of somaliland asset you will still be divided into many self serving groups. I have no hope that dhuloos will agree to to decide their final destiny as a clan. By the way yes Sool pays tax. But it can barely cover the cost of Sool regional government workers. Thats why Somaliland central government deducts 2% from Somaliland national budget to support Sool. The money is mostly goes to security departments thats why i blame kastuumo because we could have used that money for develpment.

After reading the grants document by the government and EU. I don't see why there has been a uproar.

3 out of 4 grants given to Gabiley are related to food development. 1 grant is for tractor rental which I assume is also related to food. Food can't be planted anywhere.

Many of other grants are also localised grants based on need and feasibility of location.

How stupid can you be if you expect grant money to be given for food development in area with no water? Clearly, those grants are ranked by need and benefit to the society as whole, not by fairness.
Oh! The IRONY in your comment couldn't make you sound more stupid even if i try. But then since you're an "cadaan guy", I shouldn't expect you to know that gabiley is the bread basket of Somaliland. There's no nepotism at play here because Grant money for food development goes to where food grows! Thats why you don't see folks making fuss about it.

Is this kid PrinceNugaalHawd accepting to be a Somalilander? If yes, continue with this thread. If no, then kindly shut the fuck up and mind your own business. Somaliland and what it does with it's budget and the international aid it's given concerns those that classify themselves as Somalilanders.

If you think like this waxba nagama halaabayan.

Mida kale, my clan state of Oodwayne doesn't get red cent in way government investment, but you know When you have peace and not worrying about clan warfare, people there can take care of themselves. I think same goes for Dhulbahante country. As long as you have peace, the people can do a lot like opening schools, clinics, water wells etc. This isn't possible if people are constantly in fear of when next war is going to erupt.

As for your other point of holding politicians to account , that we agree on
