yes i heard it was availiable from the beginning of Augusts . according to a guy who is using it, it is fast at least for reer somaliland

They claim the speed can be upto 100 Mbps, it is usually around 10-15 Mbps though.
I think the bulk of their business comes from/will come from providing
wholesale business to the telecommunications companies.

10-15 Mbps? It sure as hell beats 256-512 Kbps which happens to be the top speed here in technologically backward Puntland, with 50-80 dollars monthly price tag to boot..
