exactly. the water problem will be resolved very soon. I think hargeisa water system is almost finish.It's nice to not think of war and just focus on development.
In the next 10 years, Somaliland will have conquered these three areas which remain as a challenge today:
Proper city roads
Water
cheap and clean energy.
Our energy companies are United know. burco has one single electricity company, hargeisa has two. that means in few years time they will have the capacity to bring cheap electricity. and there is talks between our government and Ethiopia in the areas of energy.
