All of the good players chose to play for their clan secluded districts turned regions.

Daad Madheed/Buuhoodle>Togdheer
Hawd>Maroodi Jeex
Xaysimo>Sool
Badhan>Sanaag
Selel>Awdal

These new regions don't even function on the ground

Aside from Gabiley, Badhan (shared by SL&PL admins peacefully)

and Buhodle (functioning w/o a visible SL administration), the other new regions are not self-sufficient and still rely heavily on their former regions because they lack the infrastructure to accommodate their newly established regional administrations.

Ex. If someone is arrested in Baligubudle he is tried in court and jailed in Hargeisa.
