cali bile helps somaliland gov because without him somaliland troops would've never went to taleex, saaxdheer or balicad to establish rule and order.

At first they let cali bile survive since it was a minor cult, but after recently zoomalia leaders backed him up things changed and somaliland military has to step in because any foreign aggression
