Smooth, this topic has nothing to do with unionism so drop it.

Although I hate the French, I'd still see the offer they bring. The most important thing for somaliland right now is efficiency. We need a short contract that offers a lot. Therefor; when it's all said and done, dp or ballore are renegotiating another contract under our terms and conditions. We can't make a decision on snet if we don't know the details of the contract, how great they will expand, the years, percentage etc...

Sahan inadeer if our choice was based on merit I wouldn't have neither of them operate within somaliland.

I am not gonna address the rest of your post for it is only a sign of your collective tribal myopic degeneration  These arabs are made of tribes just like us . They know we all lived together once and they believe we call all live together again like them . I can't hate that !
As much as I don't like the guy for his posts, he is mentally a lot smarter then the rest of the iidoors on here, he sees the bigger picture, if he could just get rid of the hate he would see the full picture, guys like Mohaka, Guban, and most of the others are straight up morons from the marfishes, unfortunately those guys dominate large sections of politics and even more so population

When I was in Hargaisa on a contract stint from Hormud, I spoke to a lot of different people, the poor ones are like the idiots I described above, the rich ones especially a particular guy that owned a whole fleet of cars and buses in secret are all pro union and contrary to popular claims they are not old, many of them told me openly its just business and a way of getting aid directly into our hands.

In Xamar Isaaq have a lot of businesses especially around bakarah, ask anyone that's been there and they will tell you, they have a monopoly on the shoe stores, everyone goes to them to buy, they own 2 very large hotels one of them I stayed in (never been bombed lakiin), they are more pro-union then myself, but they despise both administrations, don't take the crap on somalinet and comments from these broke marfish guys seriously, they don't benefit society in any way, most have never even been back home.
Makhoa /waraabe is a jaarso he is not one of us waa sheegto... He use to work in the fields of arabsiyo then stole Sahan's abtirisinmo :whoa:

Guban get a pass waa M.I waa rageedi :Obama:

:damn:

Don't join the radicals indr.

Ethiopian politics is my own choice and I'm not asking any of you to bring your digaag to Addis. Personal choice. In another words, I rather be a politician in Ethiopia than Somaliland but that doesn't mean I stay away from SL affairs.

This whole project is about trading with what some of you term 'injiirley". And going in that direction is wise. More focus on going west and less activities in the south is what I advocate for.

I'm still coming to your house whether you like it or not dee

Wa sidas 'huuno'.

Injiirleey boom could make every Idoor a millionaire.

DP already threw Djibouti in the deep end when they refused to be part of their anti-Shia movement. I am not sure lately how things are between Djibouti, UAE and KSA.

I believe the Ethiopians prefer working with the French too after all the first railway was laid by the French.

It seems like Bollore will get this one. Furthermore, it has the backing of the EU, who is to be the main financier of the corridor outside tender winner. So really Bollore kills one stone with two birds; wins port and wins funding from EU, who already promised to fund it. I believe they never released the funds due to lack of reliable partner.
It is always good to talk about the things you know.

I'm proud Djiboutian who loves his country, but to be honest DP did do nothing wrong. In fact, it was my country who violate the agreement and even went further and ...... ( No more comment ).

Iguma habona inaan laba nin u kaftamaya dhex galo. Most likely the first person who SahanGalbeed, like many other native Djiboutians. eyes saw when he came to this World was a French midwife. So he knows French more than you know Ethiopians.

French is good for SahanGalbeed as it will hire French for top positions. Followed by Spanish and Italians then Portuguese. Any jobs that those nationalists can't fill, the priority will be given to French speaking Somalilanders. And since the only French speaking Somalilanders are the Djiboutians who opted to spend their retirement in Somaliland then their children will be selected. SahanGalbeed shaqaa ku diyaar ah.

Jokes aside. If Bollore gets Berbera Port, French will intervene in Somaliland politics and will bribe the politicians, corruption will be a social norm in Somaliland. In addition, Berbera will be a little Place Menelik. But if DP or ADPC operates Berbera Port, UAE will not promise to give Somaliland loans but will give her grants. And Somaliland government will be responsible of the recruitment.

Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud has already made his choice so don't waste your time arguing about it. JUST WAIT. ;)

As I said before dp will give us the best deal.
But they are a political threat.
Bollard will be long term a bigger threat because supporting xamar over hargeisa provides better opportunities to bribe and gain more power.

Anyway all this talk is moot. I am sure dp has it in the pocket.
