In terms of reer | Gadabuursi (Mahad Casse) is the majority and nothing will change that.

To be honest you could be right. I'm not a local. I have no facts or actual data.

I see no difference between Samaroon and Issa but my head tells me for strategic reasons, the town would be better if 'represented' as Issa majority.

When I say strategic, it doesn't mean I have something against Samaroon.

I'm coming from the fact that Issa dominates an independent and fast growing small African state (Djibouti) just next door.

The Isaacs have neglected that whole region. Real talk. The droughts have exposed this and it's time to find another solution.

By inviting Issa, I hope they come with Djibouti cash, know-how and development goals. That whole region could change for better.

The only few functioning institutions in the area were donated by President Ismail Omar Guelleh. Let's not discard the Issa.

I am coming from there.

All three live in lughaya, ciise, gadabursi and JA the problem is these langaab samaroons claim everywhere, for example they claim wajaale, gabiley, and saylac lands which they do not live exclusively that is the issue.

Issa presence is more noticeable and bigger than the Sa'ad Muse.
They are not immigrants and have lived there since the past, unlike the ones making a lot of noise at the moment.
Issa have emigrated the region though since Djibouti has much more to offer to them.
