UAE sends aid and delegation

The UAE sent an aid for the droughts and a delegation to assess the situation.

The UAE Red Crescent Society is already on the ground as are many other UAE-based organizations including I believe it was "Beder".



Update: I heard the rains have arrived in some eastern regions but nothing substantial yet. The rains should start March-April.
