Fiiro gaara these are not the regular Somaliland army, they are dhulbahante clan militias originally hired by hersi Gaab to secure their own local deegaan , the national army are not usually allowed to speak to the media without permission.

There is clan conflicts in the border between Sool and nugaal regions between ciise maxamuud (majerten) and some dhulbahante sub clans. I think the place falls inside Somaliland territory. the local dhuloos clans are using their pro Somaliland army militias. and the militias will eventually need support from the national army.

where is SNL army standing?

They are currently neutral as usual.

in my opinion since we do not recognise MJs as citizens of Somaliland republic, I think the army should support dhulbahante clans gar iyo gardaraba. Ciise Maxamud should not be allowed to have towns inside Somaliland territory.
