I was right though I said it already the maritime border between somaliland and djibouti is too small, even though this map maybe not hundred percent accurate. in between djibouti town and tadjoura is the inner maritime border and pass that is the exterior maritime border.

Once again some of the outrage and anger failed to recognise the roll Egypt has played in this Embarrassing incident. Using Somaliland flag and permission (as stated by warancade) to not only cross over into jabuuti waters but also using illegal methods of fishing.

Maybe they should be fined and detained for their part that resulted in the lost of life and unnecessary headaches between neighbours who never before exchanged fire over maritime boundaries.

It is regrettably sad incident. Any time we lose a life and someone's son/daughter or brother/sister is bad especially over errors and none sense things.

There is no need to lose more lives to appease your egos guys.

SL did the right thing and the Egyptian illegal boat must be confiscated to recover some damages. The captain must be thrown in Mandeera.

Let's avoid this in the future too thus better communication between the two are needed.
