I think Dawlada did good job in drought relief efforts by coordinating and combining local and international help to reach communities most affected.

They did a great job except for that important part of drought prevention. And if the government is not responsible for it's citizens well being then what is the purpose of having a government? If they can't provide the basics of feeding every single citizen how can they call themselves a government?

Yeah your right. The idiot couldnt even stop or "prevent" the EL Nino weather system that has had an impact on the entire planet. What a failure he is!.
It's pathetic to say it happened in the rest of the world so it's unavoidable. Droughts are the result of human destructive behavior caused by deforestation and devegetation.

Yes he is a failure so is any leader before and after him that ignores and does not address the issue in the long term.
