somaliland spends a lot of money on their forces but where does that money actually go?

somalia (including :sland: )is banned from purchasing any arms and the parade last year only showed off a few outdated weaponry

their active and reserve personal top 85k

so does all the money just go to their salaries or what?

Salaries. But what I would do is put them to work. Clearing out garanwaa from the cities. That is a very aggressive plant It sucks up all the water and doesn't let other plants around it grow. When you go into miyii there isn't Mich garanwaa for some reason there all around the cities. I heard different stories as to its origin. Some ppl said it's a indirect war against Africans and the UN spread the seeds of this engineered plant to destroy our environment. Others say it started popping out after the wars as punishment from God for unjustly spilling blood.

There is two unnoticeable sections withing the the defence and security family. The department of veterans, and the department of martyrs. All those died soldiers families from SNM era up to know get Salaries from the government. Almost all those who injured in the line of duty or the last civil wars also get salaries from the government. There is also fraud known as the "Caaglayaal" . the martyrs Budget was 5 million US dollar 2 years ago.

and does the money not stop or is it continous support? that's good if it supports them

al jazeera made a documentary about the forgotten soliders of somalia and when they die the families don't get compensation or notice straight away, quite sad and depressing

but if sland does that already it's a sign they are on a good path to the future! alhamdulilah

somaliland allow dhowr

I can confirm you My family have been receiving martyrs payment over 20 years. I don't know when it will stop. There is no forgotten soldiers in Somaliland. Though its true not all SNM martyrs Families receive payments from the government.
