Where is the goverment , or even local goverment ??? .. waa duulnay. na ictiraaafa. waa wareeey 25 years waa duulnay=0??.. Hargeysa dont even have ambulances.. shame on ictiraaaf waan duulnay country....

With so much cheap technology available these days,they don't even have to build bridges to save life's.All they need to do is set up an electronic water mark that indicates an agreed upon impassable level.Which then sets off a beacon so the authorities can close the relevant crossing/s until the flood subsides.

I don't mind it, this is a good way for stupid ones to die. You have to be another level moron to risk trying to cross flooded river specially after seeing what last year's and year before that and year before that.

I say once again it's not the government' job to baby sit people. Things like this can be easily avoided with little common sense. Just don't drive through there until water level subsides, it's that simple.

I am more pissed at the amount of fresh water that will go to waste, eventually ending up in the ocean.
