Geeska is very legit paper. Everything they report is almost always 90% true.

Silanyo has left for Djibouti where dictator Ismail Omar Guelleh invited him for his "election" re-inauguration ceremony.

From there he passes to Dubai where he will meet with Dubai Ports world.

Looks like my theory was correct that international port operators needed Ethiopian signatory for Berbera.

Now that Berbera has 30% of Ethiopia's port demands, things can move forward.
