My trip to Eastern Somaliland -2015

I didn't bother taking videos of Western Somaliland reason is Hargeisa is overplayed. I ventured into rural and remote areas of
Sanaag and Sool. Unfortunately I did not make it to the blessed town of Bohol, my car broke down in the middle of nowhere so
we had to get back from God Waraabe (God Barwaaqo) and back to Ceel Afweyn.

Nah Lol. It is because the big holidays start in summer for us (more than one month), anything before that is work and work or study.
It was dry season I agree, I saw some gazelles though when I was driving towards Badhi-Galis.

first video has good acacia trees that are mostly extinct in Somaliland those trees should replanted all over the country. It looks like qansax tree to me.

I loved Badhi-Galis compared to the other two (Danweyn and Masle).Badhi-Galis had a nice weather, surrounded by small hills and
there was also farming.

Yh those acacia trees in the video are pretty tall I was surprised as well . I was told by the locals they protect it and people are not
allowed to cut it. The Badhi-galis area is very rural. Most people city people reside in Ceel Afweyn so Badhi-Galis is like a vacation
spot.

I was told by the locals of the area it was named that because of this tree,a tree growing inside a water well. I have a video
of the water well as well, oddly enough the water is blue.
