Both the toothless Somaliland government and the Idoor nation are to be equally blamed for this. The liyuu police number no more than 15000 all together and all the useless government needs to do is give the reer hawd weapons, ammunition, petrol and trucks. I don't put too much stock in what qudhun news reports, but if this is true then its exactly what I'm talking about.
