I'm a native and I know the hood. One plot is above $30k in regular NH let alone along the Berbera corridor where the likes of Dahabshiil, Kaah, Hamdy, Shiraaqle, Kuwait, SomGas, Tabliiqi, pushed the prices.

I already have 40 plot in Burco mainly Jarmaalka and Tuurta. I am waiting for the Oodweyne -Burco road to be constructed that
is when prices will sky rocket in that area.
