Yes, apparently there are many in hargeysa. I would love to know how they are doing and how they are treated. How are they compared to the Oromos?

All I know is that the best place to eat in Hargeisa is the Yemeni restaurant near the planning ministry. It shits on the somali restaurants and is unbelievably busy during lunch and casho.
