Nope. It is a lie, Garadag and Ceel Afweyn districts combined are not more than 30,000 eligible voters. Also the HJ
Ceerigaabo numbers are wrong, y'all got 2 MPs last time no different than Musa Carre and SY who each got 1 MP
in Ceerigaabo.

When compared to the 2012 results the numbers above come very close in all districts but Ceerigaabo. This could be due to the Warsangeli missing factor (?).
