Somalia just because they are "Isaaq". That logic is flawed. If Dhulos want to be part of Somaliland then they will be like everyone

Somaliland has neglected Boocame up till now mainly due to strategy.

Solidifying the main roads that run thru the region has been the main focus of the gov't, primarily the main road highway (laamiga), and other often traveled roads connecting the major clans that inhabit Laascanood to the other districts in the region.

Boocame, Buuhoodle, and Southern Sanaag are mostly left to their own devices.

Keep in mind, Ugaasyo, Bahararsame and Nur Ahmed who border Majeerteen have always been traditionally and culturally interconnected thru inter-marriage and shared grazing land etc. So reer Boocame's relations with PL shouldn't come as an surprise to anyone...

Plus Ugaasyo never had a single political or military position in SL since its inception (not even a DG or MP), while they have several ministers, parliamentarians, paid security personal and a PL military base in the district. There is hardly any Isaaq Ethiopian/Djiboutian politicians, besides even if they exist they never claim to represent the Isaaqs in
