even though, I don't agree with the policies of this Kulmiye led government and how they manipulate the democratic process in SL,but one thing I like about them is they never allowed foreigners to intervene in our affairs, this comes in light of the recent visit by the UK delegation to request not to postpone the parliamentary elections .

ps I read before someone here mention how only the parliament should be popularly elected and in turn the president is chosen by MPs just like in South Africa and Botswana
