Xumbaweyne is majority Garhajis iyo Arab but there is a minority presence of Ciise Muuse / Aadan Ciise there also.
Sacad Muuse which has no deegan or business whatsoever tried to corrupt and stall the UAE funded water project.
They wanted all the water in east to be sent to West Hargeisa. Can you believe these fockers?

I just saw the video and the project is quite big. It involves over 11 wells, reservoirs, tunnels and pipelines.

Once we link the Jaleelo, Geed-deble and Humboweyne projects, Hargeisa will have surplus waters.

Then we can pursue greening this city.

Does anyone know the cost?

I know the other projects are close to $30m.
