No one should be arrested unless there is substantial evidence of wrong doing.

However, what I wanna know is what part did he play in the war against the faqash and afweyne? Was he active in the faqash military during the war? Or did he resign/deserted as protest against the faqash? Ok , that answers some of my questions but from what you telling us here he is a war criminal and has blood on his hands and is as guilty as those who have destroyed Hargeisa, Burco and other places and carried out atrocities against the Somaliland people.
