Daroor Reservoir (bali) size

The reservoir (watershed, bali) in Daroor is quite large. On the south side it has that deep water well, which has windmill powered pump. On the northern side lays local farms including one belonging to my family.

The local DDSI government recently completed a rig well as well.

This reservoir is at least 5-10m deep depending on where you measure. It is two part reservoir.

Today I did the measurements from the sattelite and it says it is roughly 29-30,000 sqm. That means it's volume is from 4000m^3 - 8000 cubic meters of water.

Let me add in the Daroor district currently six schools are under construction (Daroor high school is completed) and four health centers as well as a main hospital designed to serve 25,000 patients (Rabaso).

Thirteen small watersheds (berkado) have been established with each costing roughly USD$25,000 (not sure why they are so expensive to be honest especially when each can hold roughly 600 cubic meters of water).

It's equally important to know the berkado are useless without adequate rainfall.
