I don't think so, max they spend on a house is 60-70K lol but I heard their rent is like 200 a month which is shit if you plan to rent out houses to locals



For a luxury villa in Hargeisa I'm willing to drop 200-300k for myself and a medium sized house in Arabsiyo for 30k for the my father inshallah.He just came back from SL this week and he was saying business in H-Town is booming
