It seems that the UAE is a front for the US, they really badly want this to go through and its all because of whats going on in Yemen, and Syria/IRaq.

I told you guys months ago. This is a covert pivot of the USA from Djibouti to Somaliland. Partly because Djibouti & Ethiopia have got into bed with China. In a few years we will see USA base in Djibouti also moved to Somaliland and we should welcome them. This just the prelude, USA keeping its options open, setting the groundwork for possible future changes

I've been saying this, and being in my field - I can tell you it's ALREADY UNDERWAY.


I personally don't believe those funds will be spend as intended. voted on something that hasn't been signed yet...The executive branch engages in foreign deals
