He should have been more specific as in,

Northwest Somalia
There is no region on earth called north western somalia.
How about waqooyi galbeed..

Strangely this news is in Dhulbahante website khaatumo and the news headlines says rain in Boorama but the video says Hargaysa. I guess xataa roobka ayey is leeyiin u xaasida isaaq.

There is no such thing. These locations are not and was never located in Somalia. What you meant is the defunct Somali republic still not Somalia.

it started raining yes its stopped now but for 2 hours it rained in hargeysa mashaĺah

i hope the rest of the country to.soo also the rain woke me as i was Napping
