Last year a high level Egyptian team arrived in Somaliland including defence and diplomats.

Somaliland's Foreign Minister was invited to Egypt again this year in March. In both occasions Somaliland's Govt turned down the request.

It is now come to light that Egypt has signed a deal with Eritrea to establish the base there.

I applaud Somaliland government for turning down the offer from gaajo-ass Egypt and instead give the military base to the more affluent nation of United Arab Emirates.
