It is no secret, Somaliland political elite, regardless of party affiliation, have always been closet unionists. Nothing new here.

The Somaliland project, created by a few to benefit a few is a quick cash scheme. Faysal Waraabe is a prime example. He left the comfortable life in Europe to milk this quick cash scheme for almost 20 years and he is not going anywhere. He and his family are set for life.
