Mujahid Cabdiraxman Tuur (AUN), as the Chairman and Head of SNM was given the mandate to rule as The President by SNM and Head a transitional government for two years after which elections would take place, election that was won by Ina Cigaal AUN.Since when was Tuur ever sworn in as President?
