We only ever capture towns after being provoked by PL so we must show them we are ready at anytime to karbash them. The only reason we use to vacate the towns we'd capture is because that won't win over the support of the people living in the town. We want them to join on their own accord like Las Anod or recently Khatuumo. This time though it is different, this time we are on a mission to secure our borders by force, we won't be vacating these towns this time. The games PL has been playing and now Mr Cheese wants to play them too so it's a whole different ball game
