I think the Republic of Somaliland opening an embassy in Abu Dhabi should be part of the DP World Berbera deal.

DP World is based in Dubai, so technically it should be then opened in Dubai.

DP World is based in Dubai, so technically it should be then opened in Dubai.
Abu Dhabi is the capital of the UAE.
As it is the norm for countries to set up and have their embassies in capital cities (some countries have consulates and other offices in non capital cities as well as having the embassy in capital cities). Hence why Abu Dhabi!
