- There is new guddi, oo hawsha loo doortay, There will not be any kind of typical Somali baloodhaysi, or land grabs.

- All the money tycoons are taking part of this project.

You don't need to buy land there, but anyone who is willing to invest or build his dream home, will be asked to Invest at least $30k and he will be given free land plots.

It's going to be a world class city, a lot of engineering experts will take art of this project.

Somali's don't make use of their coasts.
Other countries use every inch of their coasts to build resorts, fishing villages etc.

Living on a fresh breezy coast is a much more attractive than a overcrowded dirty and dusty city.
If this gets off the ground it may spark a building boom along the entire coast. :)

looks like Ciise Muse told Habar jeclo to f off and now Habar jeclo want to build their own berbera haha, Somalis are funny bunch, instead of pooling their resources they want to build an airport, port, university in every single village, they are insane, we live in an age when different nations share airports instead of building two airports next to each other they cooperate and think in a cost effective way that is less harmful to the environment.
But I must say I welcome healthy competition, Ciise Muse gumaysi needs to end. Rer Burco are too dependent on Bosaso Port, they should make their own port to export their livestock.

Are you sure it is for everyone and not just for Habar Jeclo?

Habarjeclo own the longest coast line in Somaliland but it's all empty. There is only two villages laasciidle and Karin. There should be many more towns to end our dependence on livestock. But if we are talking about cities Berbera is the one and only habarjeclo already own it's fair share in Berbera the deputy port manager is my sub clan reer daahir , all three habro lives there .

Maybe you have not read the DP deal, there will not be any ports built for the next 40 years.

We can build all types of ports except container terminal , and we won't need that because DP is already building a massive container terminal, we won't need an other one for The next decades.

The reason they were kicked out of Djibouti was they wanted to build a port in lowyacado to export livestock from SL waa laga diidaye IOG oo no lagu yidhi he kicked thier casiir caabin ass out.. so I doubt they will let sl an unrecognised country build a pier let alone a port..
